Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing or using Decion, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Decion is

Decion is a decision support application. You describe a decision, an AI board of executive personas analyses it from different perspectives, and you receive a structured summary with confidence indicators and recommendations. Decion has a personal area and a business area. In the personal area, “Let's talk” lets you have a conversation with an AI character of your choice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Decion. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Your account

You can create an account with Sign in with Apple or an email address. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing [email protected].

6. Subscriptions and billing

Decion is free to download. Some features require a paid subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price disclosed at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Decion for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive.
• Submit content you have no right to share, including confidential information belonging to someone else.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass the security or rate limits of the service.
• Resell, sublicense or present the service as your own product.
• Use output to make decisions that legally require a licensed professional's judgement.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the decisions, prompts, notes and files you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service and deliver the analysis you requested, including transmission to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.

9. AI-generated output

Analyses are produced by large language models and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Confidence scores are indicative, not statistical guarantees. Similar prompts may produce different results. Verify anything important before you act on it.

10. Intellectual property

Decion, its name, logo, interface, prompts and underlying software are owned by BEE APP LAB TEKNOLOJİ and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

11. Third-party terms

Decion also relies on third-party providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Firebase, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the parts of the service they provide.

12. Apple's role

• These terms are between you and BEE APP LAB TEKNOLOJİ, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Decion and delete your account at any time.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEE APP LAB TEKNOLOJİ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of Decion or from decisions made in reliance on its output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date, and continued use of Decion after an update means you accept the revised terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
